URGENT

We are now into the last 6 months of our planning permission, and we are still a long way from finishing the project. We do not know how long it will take to get planning permission renewed, or indeed if we will be given an extension. We still need approximately 100,000EUROS just to finish the plastering, windows and tile the hall and a toilet so that we can get into the building (although unfinished) and start using it for our services. If we are able to that BEFORE planning permission expires, then we would be able to begin meeting there.Please pray that the Lord will provide the finances needed BEFORE planning permission expires!

URGENT

Work is continuing on our building of the new hall.
We have purchased a piece of land 1200m² and have knocked down the exisiting building. Since then we have put in re-inforced foundations due to Albania being in an earthquake zone. So far we have completed all the brick work of the building and the roof . We now need to plaster the walls and put in the windows. Thereafter we will need to complete all the plumbing and electrical work in the building. God willing:

• the ground floor will consist of the hall and kitchen and toilets and a garage for the van.
• The second floor, rooms for kindergarten and Sunday School rooms.
• The third floor will be a small apartment and some multi-purpose rooms.

So far we have spent around 300,000 EUROS in buying the land, applying for planning permission, knocking down the building and putting in the foundations. We believe we will still require a similar amount to finish the whole project. We continue to look to God for finances for the building work. Our faith is in Him, that just as He has guided us, and provided us with money to reach this stage, so He will continue to do, in His own time, in His own way, for the completion of this work.
