This was the existing house on the land that we bought. We had to demolish this before starting on our own plans.

 

 

 

 

This is a 3d image of the new building. The area fenced off at the front, will be split between a play area for the kindergarten and a small garden.

 

 

 

 

 

After buying the land, and receiving planning permission, we knocked down the existing building and laid the foundations.

 

 

 

 

 

This work is being done by one of our believers, who owns a building firm. This has been a big help to us, giving us the ability to carry on the work, or to stop the work, according to whatever funds are in place.

 

 

 

 

 

There are 3 floors in the building, and some space that we can use under the roof.

 

 

 

 

The ground floor will be our hall, kitchen, creche area, toilets and store room. There will also be space for a garage.

The 2nd floor will be our nursery (kindergarten) and also some Sunday School rooms.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The 3rd floor will be a small apartment, a library and some multi-purpose rooms to use for discipleship classes and for the teenagers.

The roof and the walls have now been completed and we are working on the plastering inside and outside of the building.

 

 

 

 

As planning permission is difficult to obtain, we are hoping to be able to use part of the hall BEFORE the current approval expires at the end of May 2009.
