There are a number of meetings arranged for the women in the church.

There are meetings for :

• Single women
• Married mothers
• All women believers
• Unsaved mothers/sisters

 

There are a number of different studies that we do during these meetings.

Sometimes a group bible study, sometimes teaching, and sometimes drama and singing.

 

 

Annual Conference.

The conference is usually in a hotel. The women meet up one afternoon, have a teaching session, followed by a program of drama and singing, and stay overnight.

Fellowship is really important, and many of the women stay up late with believers that they have not seen for some time, and get into some lengthy discussions and deep conversation.

The following day they have further teaching and a craft sale of work. The proceeds usually go to helping the cost of the weekend and a gift for the work of the Lord in Albania.

 

Then they leave for home after lunchtime. So basically the conference lasts for about 24 hours together. We have women attend from all over Albania. This last conference we had almost 100 in attendance.
The cost of the overnight stay was just under 25 Euros each ( including the travel cost).
This sum is a lot for the Albanians, but it is a testimony to the time together and the benefit they receive from the conference that they are willing to come each year.
